  • I am the Vice President of Apex Property Management and Real Estate Inc., which I helped establish in early 2026. I began my property management career in 2016 as a maintenance technician, and that hands-on experience continues to shape how I lead, support our team, and care for the properties we manage.

    Starting in maintenance gave me an understanding of the everyday challenges our residents, owners, and teams face. That experience still guides my approach today: listen, understand the problem, and follow through.

    At Apex, I help oversee daily operations, support our team, and work through challenges across maintenance, leasing, and owner and resident relations. I enjoy solving problems and finding practical ways to make things run more smoothly.

    For me, property management has always been about people. My goal is to build lasting relationships, be someone others can count on, and help our team deliver service we can be proud of.

    I have been the Leasing Manager for Apex Property Management and Real Estate Inc. for the past six years, overseeing residential and commercial leasing throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding communities.

    My responsibilities include marketing available properties, evaluating rental rates, coordinating property listings and showings, communicating with prospective tenants, reviewing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, and managing lease renewals.

    I work closely with property owners to develop competitive rental strategies, minimize vacancies, and maximize rental income while maintaining positive relationships with residents. I also coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease modifications, and tenant communications to ensure a smooth leasing process.

    My primary focus is providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong owner and tenant relationships, and keeping our properties occupied with qualified residents.

  • Hi, I'm Michelle Palo, and I've been part of the Apex Property Management and Real Estate Inc. team since 2021. I assist with daily property management operations, including rental applications, leasing coordination, tenant communications, and administrative support.

    Over the years, I've gained valuable experience in helping applicants and tenants throughout the rental process, addressing their concerns, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

    I enjoy working with our team and helping create a positive experience for our tenants, property owners, and future residents. My goal is to provide excellent customer service, maintain clear communication, and ensure that everyone receives the support they need.
